CANOPIES -a shade above the rest

Where as awnings can be retraced out of the way, canopies form either a permanent cover or require a permantly erected framework to operate from. While Canopies will appear more obtrusive, the nature of their construction make them a more durable alternative to fold away awnings, and may be manufactured to greater widths. Canopies are recomended in situations that require their use on a daily basis, such as canopies over entrance ways or covers for garden restuarants.

Alfresco Canopy

Alfresco canopies operate from a heavy duty fixed frame, the self tensioning fabric cover operates via a motorised twin roller system. An electronic synchronising unit ensures the twin motors operate together.

Can be linked up to 12 metres across

Picnic Canopy

Picnic canopies are a cheaper alternative to the alfresco system, whilst providing a similar function. The Pinic canopy operates from a lighter weight frame with the cover drawn out by graviry, and is not self tensioning like the alfresco system.

Recommended minimum fall 1:3

Pull down cord is included if fall is not sufficient to extend cloth by gravity

Veranda Canopy

Veranda full motorised cassette roof shading system. Fabric roller is housed withing a protective top box and travels under tension down side channels via kevlar cords. Ideal for external rooflights and lean to conservatories.
