PROFILES PAU 37, PA 37 AND PA 39
Amoung the most popular aluminium profiles. The succuss of these profiles is proven by the fact that roller shutters made of these elements have been protecting windows in thousands of homes all over Europe for many years now. Their low height and slender shape inproves roll-up and benefits the use in smaller headboxes.
Designed for use in rolling window shutters, door recesses and small shop fronts. These profiles are higher and thicker than the previous ones, and thus are more stable and stronger. At the same time, good roll-up diameters allow for the use of these profiles in small boxes.
Extruded profiles, recommended for use in instances where security issues are a priority. Characterised by very good strength properties as a result of the profiles' design structure. Roller shutters made of these profiles satisfy requirements for the second class of resistence to burglary, according to ENV 1627 1999. (Conformity Certificate no. 053/03). Due to the considerable total weight of roller shutters made of extruded profiles, we recommend using electric drives or semi-automatic mechanisms.
Designed for use in very wide rolling window shutters, door recesses and shop fronts. Their robust design guarantees highly rigud profiles, while keeping their appearance within proportion.
All profiles listed above are manufactured on automated production lines, using the cold-roll forming process (with the exceptions of PE 41 and PE 55, manufactured using extruded aluminium for greater strength). The starting materials for the production process are high grade aluminium sheets, which satisfy the qualitative requirements specified in the EN 1396 European Standard. Sheet aluminium is given double-layer laquer coats applied according to the PUR-PA process, which ensures extended reistance to abrasion and the impact of weather conditions. The foam filling the sections gives the elementsgood thermal and accoustic insulation properties.
