Casstyle Mesh Panel Flyscreens

Rigid mesh panels, ideally suited to situations where a more permanent exclusion of insects is required, such as restaurant kitchens and hospitals.

Screens are designed for use on doors and windows specifically in food preparation facilities, previous installation have been in restaurants, hotels, hospitals, schools, public houses and as well as other commercial and industrial locations.

Screens consist of grey fibreglass mesh held within white powder coated aluminium frames. Panels are available either fixed, hinged or horizontal and vertically sliding.

Fixed Panels -extruded profile made into frames using nylon corner inserts with mesh held in place by a rubber locking strip. Panels are secured in place by either turn button fixings or magnetic latches.

Hinged door scrrens -of similar construction to the fixed frame pannels, however they have a larger frame profile with kick plate and central support bar for increase rigidity. An optional door closer can be supplied to ensure the door is not left open.

Horizontal and vertical sliding panels -a pair of mesh panels construced with mitred corner joints are fitted within a single outer frame. Adjustable edge channels hold the outer frame securely within the window recess ensuring a perfect fit even when the recess is not perfectly square. Vertical sliders run inside the outer frame with friction runners to enable them to be held open or closed, with horizontal sliders nylon wheel runners are used instead to allow mesh pannels to move easily inside the outter frame.
