Vertical Blinds -style and finesse

Vertical blinds are so called due to the vertically suspended strips of fabric or louvres. A desirable feature of Vertical Blinds is the ease with which you can control the ingress of sunlight into the room, if greater sunlight is required, you simply draw open the Vertical Blind, and if only a little sunlight is needed, simply turn the vertical slats so they are slightly open to allow a small amount of sunlight into the room.Blinds may be either top or face fix.

Headrails are white fluted aluminium and vane carriages have a self-aligning clutch facility, allowing misaligned vanes to be easily restored to their correct position, fitted as standard.

Manual controls are by bead chain and cord sidewinder operating a planetary gearbox mechanism, located at one end of the blind. The track profile can be adapted to suit a range of control methods from the manual tilt and pull to mono-crank and electric operation.

Louvre vanes may be stacked at either end of the blind with centre stacking or centre parting where stacking is equal at both ends of the track. All tracks are available with sloping headrails for applications in areas such as conservatory end panels. The system is also available with synchronised top and bottom track.

A wide choice of flame retardant fabrics is available including "Antiglare" - a cloth designed for use with VDU screens.
